The all-new Create menu in Photoshop Elements 2026 brings even more creative possibilities to your fingertips. It now includes a collection of free, customizable templates from Adobe Express, making it easy to design stunning photo collages, greeting cards, social posts, and more — all without starting from scratch!

The Create menu has changed in 2026. Before you had a drop down list that included such things as Photo Reel, Greeting Card, Photo Book, and more. Now the Create button opens up a new image based window with the original options displayed as thumbnail images across the top and the main area of the window begin taken up with thumbnails of Free Templates available in the online Adobe Express. Clicking on one of the Templates will open a browser window to Adobe Express where you can complete your project.
