Open all photos

In project photo:

Duplicate background layer and hide original - safety

Clean up photo with Content Aware Fill

Use Adjustment Layers to improve photo
Levels Adjustment Layer top sliders Black 22, Midtone 1.42, White 238
Photo Filter Adjustment Layer Warming Filter (85) Density 38%

Add text onto 2 layers

Miami and Florida
Use a thick type face in Black, I used

Miami: Gill Sans Ultra Bold Regular, Size 308pt
Florida: Gill Sans MT Bold, Size 308pt

Import Sunset picture into project and place above Miami text.
Duplicate sunset layer and move copy above Florida text.

Technique 1: Right click on name of sunset layer above Miami and choose Create Clipping Mask, this puts the photo into the text

Technique 2: ctrl click the thumbnail for the Florida text, creating a selection. Move to the sunset layer above the Florida text and hit the Layer Mask button.

Go to the Miami text layer, to go the Layer menu and choose Layer Styles
In Layer Styles add a Stroke, Size 13px, Outside, White
Add a Drop Shadow Size 7, Distance 28, Opacity 100, Lighting Angle 125

Add a new layer on top and paint white inside the "A"s

Add a Hue/Saturation Adjustment layer on top and set saturation to 27

Save and Save As
